Support / diagnostic information
I also attempted to open a Nutanix Support case. However, because this is a Community Edition lab cluster, the cluster is not listed as eligible for support in the Support Portal.
I have therefore collected the diagnostic information locally and am requesting guidance from the Community before performing any unsupported recovery action.
NCC health checks completed with:
- 171 PASS
- 2 INFO
- 0 WARN
- 0 FAIL
A Logbay bundle was also successfully collected from all three CVMs covering LCM, Genesis, Ergon, Mercury, NCC, Prism, Cluster Config and ZooKeeper logs.
I can provide specific sanitized log excerpts if needed.
