i think this is main problem . is there any solution for this problem

is your platform supported on HCL of Nutanix

if it is supported and you have a valid support with Nutanix, open a case with support.

is this a new installation or you are doing reimaging?

That will not work. You can only install the commercial version of Nutanix on supported hardware. What you need to look at is the Community Edition version. That you can install on your hardware.
