I configure IP address proxy and port 8080 in nutanix and I tested ping in cvm to proxy is successful, but I tested ping in cvm to nutanix.com not successful

All traffics in firewall allows to the internet

Could you please use the following commands from any of the CVMs in the cluster and get the output?

curl -vv download.nutanix.com

ncli http-proxy ls

ncli http-proxy get-whitelist

Whitelist it is adresses, which should be accessed without proxy. In your case CVM won’t use proxy for *.nutanix.com.
