As I posted in your other thread, we provide Foundation support through our support organization, not the community forums, as customers rarely use foundation, its more for partners, SE's, and professional services / integretors.

For Foundation issues, please submit a support ticket on portal.nutanix.com if you using NX or SX series.



For HX or XC, please submit support tickets to the respective OEM vendors and they will escalate to Nutanix
