Have any users/customers changed either the default IPMI/ESXi/CVM passwords?

I'm deploying 4 Nutanix blocks for my customer. They are a security conscious company so changing the IPMI/ESXi/CVM passwords was a given after the install completed. We've experienced no end of issues after changing the passwords and now have a support call open to try and get the issue resolved. Don't get me wrong, the support is good, but I get the impression changing the passwords is something of an unknown. I'd be interested to hear other people's experiences.

Are you saying that the process described in the Plateform Administration Guide is not working as intended?

(Page 22 and following, Platform Administration Guide)

Unfortunately I am, we've also had it confimred by support. The manual states on page 20, point 2... update the administrative password for all hosts in the Zeus configuration, then goes on to explain a process which is infact incomplete. There are further steps required not mentioned in the document, which led to us ecperiencing issues. We've fixed them with the support team now, but seems crazy it's not been picked up before.
