Getting errors while install community edition

Do you have a screenshot where the drives roles are selected?

And can you tell more about the hardware? (cpu, ram, drives)

CPU is intel i5-14400

Ram is 16GB

Couple of things. 

1. You are to low on memory/. Requirements are here: https://portal.nutanix.com/page/documents/details?targetId=Nutanix-Community-Edition-Getting-Started-v2_1:top-sysreqs-ce-r.html (minimum 32GB)
2. Probably the NVMWE drive will cause the installer troubles. Can you try without the nvme? Here is why: (snip from link above)

   Storage devices: Hot-tier flash

   Use a single non-NVMe SSD of at least 200 GB.

   Attach the drive to the node through an HBA.

But I would suggest get more ram before you trying to get it installed as the cvm will not boot (no memory available) so installing will never work.
