I have a fresh install of CE 2.1.   Single node - Intel S2600GZ (Dual E5-2650).  LSI 2380 HBA. All SSD RAID10 disks. 4x1G Intel NICs.  ~400G for CVM/Data. 

I create the single node cluster ...waited 2 hours and cluster services are still down.  Thoughts?
