Can you please elaborate more on the issue and explain what is that you want to achieve?

Do you want to vMotion the CVM, or connect one of its vNics to a different vSwitch?

Hi Alan,The CVM on a particular host/node cannot be vmotioned to another host/node because it is the way the design of the Nutanix CVM goes.The CVM actually controls all the drives on a node and hence it is fixed on to a particular node only.Hope this answers your question, if not, please reply back.
