I have 4 node, what is the best practice to connect node with production switch
connect the 2 ports 10g for each node to switch and keep 1g without any connect?

Yes I would discourage the use of any 1G links if you do not need them.
Some people with a physical DMZ will use the 1G link to connect to that network but if you don’t need it I wouldn’t use it.
Your 2 x 10G ports really should be connected resiliently across two switches to cope with switch failure.
+2Hello, exactly the requirements Nutanix is to use the 10gb/s ports and not using 1gb/s ports for management+backplane. And don’t forget, you mustn’t mixed different speed ports in same bonding.
