I have old hardware that is no longer used for production and the server can only be turned back on after we repair it. Currently, I will use this hardware as a development server or backup server, but when I check the compatibility for NX Gen 3, it is no longer there. How can I find a version that is suitable for my Gen 3 server?

+8There is no version available for the GEN3 hardware.
You can install Nutanix CE on it though but that is for LABs and learning and not to run production on it.
I did an assumption you want to run Nutanix on it. If that is not the case than you can just install Linux or Windows on it ;) It is just an x86 server as a normal server is.
