Hi NareshM,

Does the error message look like any of these?

Possible Cause 1

Upstream TOR switch has configuration or status change on the port connected to the CVM
Recommendation: Ensure that the port connected to the CVM is up and in a forwarding state
Details: Log into the upstream TOR switch and check for link down, Error Disable, etc. on the port connected to the CVM.

Possible Cause 2

Virtual switch in the Hypervisor is not working correctly
Recommendation: Contact Nutanix Support
Details: Virtual switch in the Hypervisor is not working correctly

Possible Cause 3

SSH Keys are set up incorrectly
Recommendation: Contact Nutanix Support

Can you please open a Support case so that the issue can be looked into detail via a remote session?
