this is my first test install with single node cluster, I cannot access web apge, I am getting below error. I am using Chrome version 126.0.6478.62 to browse to web site.

172.21.192.61 normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Chrome tried to connect to 172.21.192.61 this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be 172.21.192.61, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.

You cannot visit 172.21.192.61 right now because the website sent scrambled credentials that Chrome cannot process. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.

Hello,

Hope you’re well.

Are you connected directly to the 172.21.192.x network, or going through a firewall / SSL inspection proxy to it?

Does SSH work to the same?

I am going thru firewall, yes SSH works fine, we are not using any proxy in network, I even tried with same 172.21.192.X network PC and still getting same issue.

Can you see who issued the cert in the browser when you browse to it? Might give us a clue.

it is self-signed cert by Nutanix CVM. it does not have any authority name but has long string “ 034450e4e411272367db9f76c8bf08634af4e256a9bb0f0d470de7d13f045982” as name.

Oooo that’s interesting, getting there then.

Worth trying another browser, maybe Firefox to rule out browser config?

Try to type - thisisunsafe in the chrome browser, when you see a certificate warning message.
