Can not login into prism

This looks like a verry old CE version. There is a new version available ;) 

Try to login with private mode of your browser. 

do i need update the version first ? 
now it comes like the picture below, i tried to fix with all i found in internet but same thing still appear.

 

login with admin account on cvm. type: cluster start 

Try again. 

You can also type: genesis restart prism

Try again (this can take a while to restart)

hello @JeroenTielen i’ve tried it, i check the cluster status also, but same error still appear on the login page

i cant use acli command too, is this effect to the prism too ?
