I use Huawei Switch ce6810-24s2q-li with cable twinAx SFP-10G-CU3M (P/N: Huawei 02310MUP). Is it compatible with nutanix NX1365-G5 10Gb nic?

Moved to the correct forum (this was posted in Community Edition CE forums), no worries.
We do not certify 3rd party TwinAx cables; however the general rule of thumb is when it doubt, use the Switch manufactuer cables, which will have the best compatability with the switch.
In almost all of the cases where the cable has been in question at all, its the switch not liking the cable being used (meaning HP switches love HP cables, cisco switches love cisco cables, and so on), so I'd expect the same to be true here
TLDR: Should work fine
