Hi All,
I wonder is it possible to change the internal communication IP (192.168.5.x) to different network segment?
The reason being i have my existing server infra, all in 192.168.5.x segment.
Anyone have encounter similar case , can share some thoughts on this?
Thanks,
Jackie

You only need to change it if that external 192.168.5.x network is communicating with the CVM's in any way, otherwise, they wouldn't ever be aware of each other.
That said, this would definitely be something you'd need to work through support on, so I'd encourage you to open a ticket.

Thank you Jon for your answer.
I have replied on this under another topic in the forum.
It seems the IP cannot be change.
Thanks,
Jackie

You're correct. I did double check with support just now, and you are right that it can not be changed.
That said, my previous comment still stands. This is only an issue when you either want to
A) deploy CVM's on to the 192.168.5.0/24 IP space for eth0 IP's
😎 have that network already deployed, and need the CVM's to communicate with said network.
