Hi NareshM,

Have there been any changes to the VM configuration? Is that post migration or recovery? Is that AHV or ESXi?

Hi Alona,

VM is running on AHV and no changes to VM configuration. VM is working fine from past one month and all of sudden stuck with black screen and not able to recover.

Hi Naresh,

Was there a guest VM OS updates (patch fixes)? Also, Is this happening when you try to open the VM console from Prism Element? Is this Citrix VDA?
