according to KB-19091 - https://portal.nutanix.com/page/documents/kbs/details?targetId=kA0VO0000008Iar0AE Currently, users must have either the built-in Prism Admin or Super Admin system role assigned to launch PE from PC via Cluster Quick Access.
+3Has the user also been granted permissions to the subnets in the prism element? Even if a user has cluster-level permissions, they may not see the cluster or related subnets if they have not also been granted access to the specific subnets on that Prism Element.

I will check but they can see the link on the dashboard and click it, they are just told they do not have permission.

Thank you. Unfortunately I am on 7.5.1.1 already.

Have checked this. Let me know if there’s a role that should always allow launching element and I’ll see if it isn’t one of the ones I already have assigned.
