@andrewdkennedy1 - Below is the solution for KB 6082. If the KB does not resolve your issue, please engage Nutanix Support via https://portal.nutanix.com for further assistance.

Execute the following command on one of the CVM servers or FSVM to reduce inode usage:

nutanix@NTNX-CVM:~$ allssh 'sudo postsuper -d ALL maildrop'

Once the inode usage is bought to normal, upgrade the AOS to version 6.5.3 or a newer release. Do so promptly to avoid cluster downtime due to inode exhaustion.

In the case of Nutanix Files, upgrade the file servers to version 4.2 or a newer release.

AOS and Files upgrade will resolve a defect and prevent the issue from recurring.
