Probably a silly question. Regarding Prism Element...When logging in and are greeted with the main page or when navigating to other pages, are there UI logs?

Those warnings are logged in the Alerts page.

Define what you mean by “logs”
Audit logs - i.e. what actions were taken by whom and when?

(To my knowledge this is in Tasks or visible in Prism Central | Activity | Audits)

Prism Element | Tasks

    - not all tasks seem to show up here though… IMHO

Or do you mean prism service logs?

I figured it was too vague, but that is indeed the question. For example, nginx uses a ui log for everything that is presented on the screen.

Let’s try this. Scenario: You log into PE and a yellow warning bar appears at the top of the page with some random message. Would this be logged somewhere on the Prism side? Or should this be logged in whatever engine is having the issue?

Thanks! That pointed me in the right direction. This question was about logs, not pages. However, with that last answer I think I know where to check. cvm_logs\alerts in the log bay bundle export.
