When physically configuring the DR center, we plan to set it up through migration. Would it suffice if only the Prism VIP has network connectivity? Or should communication also be established between each node?

Here you can find all required firewall ports.
But yes all CVM's need to be able to talk to each other.

follow the link shared on top, and yes, you need to provide communication to VIP and all nodes (CVMS), all ports are mentioned in the above link just filter it out for your requirement.
