Because of the bug in KB 14879, there is no upgrade path available in LCM to AOS 6.5.3.x from 5.20.x.  The EOSL announcement for 5.20.x came several days after this upgrade-blocking bug was announced.  Will Nutanix be pushing back the 5.20.x EOSL date to allow customers sufficient time to upgrade to 6.5.3.5 whenever it gets released?

Hi @jamiefki - The issue in KB 14879 is fixed in AOS 6.5.3.1, which was just released today. You should be able to upgrade from 5.20.x to 6.5.3.1 using LCM.
