Does PRISM Central supports /api/nutanix/v3/webhooks API

Hello,

I am writing to inquire whether PRISM Central supports the same REST APIv3 webhooks as PRISM Element. The documentation for the webhooks I am referring to can be found here: https://portal.nutanix.com/page/documents/details?targetId=AHV-Admin-Guide-v5_10:ahv-webhooks-event-notifications-c.html

From what I understand, API v3 is only supported by Prism Central.
