When we have couple of vdisks in Volume Group can we delete that Volume Group? If yes, what happens to the vdisks which are already in that deleted volume group?

You can delete a volume group with vDisks. The vDisks will be also deleted when you delete the volume group.

If volume group is attached to a VM you will not be able to delete without before detach the volume group from VM.
