Cannot activate serianl number for NX | Nutanix Community

Hi, I just created a new account and wanted to activate the serial number for our NX-1065S-G5.

I cannot activate because I’m not authorized for the account associated with the serial number.

The mail-domain from our company changed and the old admins are not here any more.

What to do?
