I downloaded your tool recently and ran it today for the first time on my Nutanix CE Homelab.
My first impressions are very positive but I will need some more time to see whether NIACtool can be used to create As-Built documentation for customer builds.
But I am already getting that good feeling of that other widely known tool RVTools for VMware vSphere environments. RVTools has already proven itself very useful for the above-mentioned goal but also for simple basic Health Checks.
Perhaps you are already working on getting an export from NCC added to the NIACtool export? However, I have not come across that API call in the latest version 3. I think it is present in version 1?
Thank you for your great efforts & Keep it up!

Hi @Vishwapreet
I am working on a new version and reviewing the information that I can add and be useful, at the moment I add the critical alarms for review. I am working onhow to classify information in NIACtool in an understandable way.
Alarms are obtained directly from API V2, NCC runs periodically and when there is a problem an "alert" is generated which I can verify and save in the final NIACtool document through the so-called "alerts" in version 2 of the API
RVtools is a fantastic tool for vsphere, which I use a lot but does not obtain Nutanix Infrastructure Data, which NIACtool does. NIACtool is now much more integrated with AHV.
I only need time to work more on the tool haha, it takes a lot of research on my own and I study. I hope to share a better tool with the community in the short term. I'm still working, stay tuned.
v2.8 ( still in development)
EXAMPLE ALARMS ( CLUSTER CHECKS)
Great to hear that you are working on getting Alarms added into a newer version of NIACtool!
Thanks again for your efforts! Great things takes time to perfect.
