we are unable to configure Nutanix file server backup from veeam, actually we are not able to ping FSVM IP from Veeam backup server and currently no block in ports/VLAN.
we are able to ping Nutanix file storage IP but not FSVM IP.
any advise or suggestion.

its Storage side IP to ping and i am actually using Veeam v12 and following this KB for Nutanix files

its already allowed and in firewall i even kept any to any and checked it but still same.
i am able to ping the default gateway but not the ip from backup server.
i am able to ping same ip from local pc.
the ping is not allowed inside the FSVM (Storage Network), try to connect Veeam directly.
