Ready to prove your Nutanix Cloud Cluster (NC2) skills? Continue reading to learn how!
February 14 Update: The beta exams have reached capacity and are now closed. Thank you to all the participants!
We’re happy to announce our latest beta exam offer: Nutanix Certified Professional - Cloud Integration - AWS (NCP-CI-AWS) 6.7 and Nutanix Certified Professional - Cloud Integration - Azure (NCP-CI-Azure) 6.7.
What is the purpose of the beta exams?
The beta exams measure your ability to successfully plan, deploy, configure, and manage NC2 within an Azure or AWS public cloud environment. This is a great opportunity to prove your skills and stand out from your peers.
The Nutanix Cloud Integration track includes two exams that both earn you the same NCP-CI 6 certification. You will choose the exam that you are interested in based on the AWS or Azure public cloud environment you are most familiar with. You should not take both exams since the content will be very similar.
How do the beta exams work?
The NCP-CI-AWS 6.7 and NCP-CI-Azure 6.7 beta exams are open for testing at no charge and are available to take via remote proctoring or in-person at select test centers. As a beta tester, you get free early access to the exam and help us refine the final version.
Check out what Andrew Nash, Principal Systems Engineer, had to say about the beta exam program.
How do I prepare for the beta exam?
First, we recommend you complete the new Nutanix Cloud Clusters on AWS Administration or Nutanix Cloud Clusters on Azure Administration course. Both are available now as free self-paced online courses and include simulated labs.
Both courses cover:
- How you can unify your private and public clouds for a true, hybrid cloud experience
- An introduction to NC2 and the NC2 console
- How to work with various entities such as customers, organizations, clusters, and users
- How to deploy and manage a cloud cluster on NC2
- Monitoring and maintenance concepts and features
You will also review the configuration of different AWS or Microsoft Azure components that must be configured for NC2.
Make sure to read the Exam Blueprint Guide for more information about the exam, including exam objectives and references to help you prepare. Download the NCP-CI-AWS Exam Blueprint Guide and the NCP-CI-Azure Exam Blueprint Guide.
