Windows VMs unexpected crash / reboot on AHV Clusters with BugCheck Code 0x109 or 0xFC

Reported Issue: Nutanix has identified an issue Windows VMs may crash and reboot unexpectedly hosted on AHV Cluster with following bug checks:

  1. CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION (0x109)          

 

  1. ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY (0xFC)

 

Solution: If you are experiencing above issue, Nutanix recommends upgrading to AHV Version 20190916.231 or later. These versions contain fix for this issue.
