when I shutdown the hypervisors using sshs and run below command getting as below . why?

Alteration of the hypervisor appliance (unless advised by Nutanix
Technical Support) is unsupported and may result in the hypervisor or
VMs functioning incorrectly.

Unsupported alterations include (but are not limited to):

- Configuration changes.
- Installation of third-party software not approved by Nutanix.
- Installation or upgrade of software packages from non-Nutanix
  sources (using yum, rpm, or similar).

shutdown -h now
exit

Muy Buenas, este hilo como va ? Tengo exactamente el mismo error, no puedo acceder al AVH y tengo todas las maquinas paradas.

If you have all the machines stopped you can acces ahv via ssh or ipmi/idrac/ilo. 

I cannot access the AHV, I can only access the host, it also tells me that the CVM is running.

AHV is the host.
