I has install new Nutanix CE cluster, but in proceeds of installation i has lost connection.

Whan cluster was installed i has check it and see these situation:

One of node is not resolved, and show only IP.

I has check CVMs VM in Prism Element and see this:

Only 2 CVMs of 3.

What i run cluster status from CVM 192.168.1.112, i see that all services is UP

When i check network configuration i see this situation:

And in switch configuration:

All DNS records is fine.

How can i register and add CVM into current cluster or what i can do to fix it?

Please help with this situation.
