While tring to upgrade PC from 5.5 to 5.5.0.2 getting error as "Cannot upgrade PC cluster with non-PC image Failed to find version 5.5.0.2 in proto."

Looks like you are using AOS bundle to upgrade PC.
Please download the correct file from below link.
https://portal.nutanix.com/#/page/releases/prismDetails?targetId=5.5
From 5.5 AOS & PC files are different.
