Nutanix replication between two PC during upgrade

I have several asynchronous protection policies configured between two Nutanix clusters each with their respective Prism Central, one primary and one DR.

I am going to perform the upgrade of the clusters sequentially on different days and I don't see any reference in the documentation as to whether it is necessary for replication during the upgrade due to version difference or possible outages.

I understand that it is not necessary, but I would like to know if there is any good practice as I don't see anything in the documentation.

Thanks

NO, you can just let them run, as long as all versions are still supported by Nutanix.

Best practise is to have the same versions at both sides. During upgrades it is no problem to have a different version.

I have explained it wrong, I would like to know if it is necessary to stop replication (remove entities from protection policy or delete and recreate them) during environment upgrade.

I don't know if there is a problem with replication between clusters with version differences, I understand that there is not as I don't see anything in the documentation.

Thanks
