Can you add some screenshots what your are meaning? is the virtual machine started at all? 

Yes the VMs are started. But when I click on Launch console as soon as the Button gehts blue, the console looks like on the Picture.

Is this community edition or a licensed cluster?

If CE what type of VM is this uefi or bios? And will this screen stay for minutes? Or will it change after a couple of seconds?

If licensed cluster, involve support ;)
