Nested ESXi on AHV Cluster for Testing

I would like to create a nested vSphere environment on a Nutanix cluster for testing move.

I downloaded the last ova from Broadcom flying and configured the NIC model to E1000 on VM but when ESXi boots, I’ve always a NIC error.(“ no compatible network adapter found…..”)
