LCM "upgrade precheck" is running for ever.Unable to kill the task or restart

LCM Version - 3.1.1

AOS version - 7.0.1.5

 

Initiated the LCM "upgrade precheck" for a AOS upgrade activity.

LCM Framework check - Passed
Module check ->AOS ->Starting download of AOS image on cluster to run pre-upgrade checks->Starting download operation  -> Runing from 10+ hours and no option stop/kill the task.

lcm_cli - commands are not working.
No option Prism element to kill this task.

Is this Community Edition or a production cluster?
