Installed Nutanix Community Edition but can't create a cluster | Nutanix Community

After successful install, I try to create a single-node cluster using the ‘cluster -s cvm_ip --redundancy_factor=1 create’ from the guide here: Community Edition CE 2.0 - Creating a Cluster (nutanix.com) 

I have an ssh session on my CVM and I am met with ‘warning mainthread genesis_utils.py 1580 failed to reach a node where genesis is up ensure genesis is running on all cvms’ . I then try ‘cluster start’ but it says ‘Cluster is currently unconfigured. Please create the cluster’. This has happened for me on different hardware as well. Any thoughts on this issue?

Turns out I had to wait about 45 minutes for all services to come up and start, then it worked.
