I would like to ask: If cluster is not joined to Prism Central, will it become lockout to login to the Prism Portal after the license expired.

If Nutanix is not joined to Prism Central, will it become impossible to log in to the Prism Portal after the license expires?

Yes after 60 days. So plenty of time renewing the license ;)
But I never witnessed this, so I cant confirm. As Prism will notify you 12 week prior license expiry date ;) So 144 days in total to renew the license.

Yes if the license is expired. But when you unlicense the cluster you will run the starter version. And that will work. But of course, you cant use the advanced features which are in the license.
