Where is a comprehensive KB that explains the requirements, licen, PC components, services and feature that must be in place to enable an ipfix exporter. I am not talking about an extensive api configuration guide, i need the pre-requisites to create an ipfix exporter and the detailed steps to do so.

for instance:

1-enable microservices

2-enable the adv network controller

3-change vlan from basic to managed

4-configure ipfix exporter through rest api v4
