I’ve added vCPU to the VM but on the OS is not appearing same with the configuration.
Please suggest me.

+8Hmmm back in the days we needed to update the HAL in Windows but I never needed to do that nowadays.
Something that is popping up in my mind is: “Have you rebooted windows instead of shutting the vm completely down after the change?” (I mean, "powercycle” the vm)
