Now, Hypervisor and CVM is NOT syncronized from NTP Server.
I use CloudConnect everyday , but that was failed.
Is CloudConnect faiure reason relevent to NTP Server unsyncronization?
TestConnect is OK from Onpresmiss Cluster to AWS.

Time on your source cluster and AWS instance should be correct. If NTP and timezone are not properly configured, connection to AWS might fail. For more information on configuring timezone and NTP, see AWS documentation.
I would begin with resolving the NTP configuration since it is required anyway.
