  • Scalability Enhancements
    Better support for large-scale environments. Updated guidance for x-small to x-large VM deployments with clarified vDisk, VM, and cluster limits.

  • Optional Feature Optimization
    Intelligent Operations now dynamically adds memory (2 GB for small; 4 GB for large/x-large VMs). New resource profiles provided for DR, Flow Security, Marketplace, and Self-Service.

  • Web Console Stability
    Fixed issues preventing Prism Element launch, failing manual reports, and alert detail errors due to Aplos Engine API failures.

📏 Key Deployment Notes

  • Minimum AOS for Deployment: 6.8

  • X-Small Prism Central: For older AOS compatibility (read-only features)

  • Scale-Out Support: Not available for x-small VMs or unmanaged clusters

  • Network Latency Requirement: Must remain below 150 ms between Prism Central and Prism Element

🔐 Security and Compatibility

  • Visit Nutanix Vulnerability Database for CVE disclosures.

  • Prism Central supports ADFS, Azure ADFS, Okta, PingOne, Shibboleth, and Keycloak with on-prem deployments only.

  • Not supported with Hyper-V, IAM for Karbon ≤2.2, or Nutanix Objects ≤3.1.x.
