⚠️ What You Should Know (Limitations & Notes)

  • AOS 6.8 or 6.10 is required for new pc.2024.2 installations

  • X-Small VMs can’t use scale-out deployments

  • Hyper-V is no longer supported for Prism Central

  • TCP Wrapper deprecated as of AOS 6.8 and pc.2024.1

🧭 Known Issues (In Brief)

  • VM disk conversions (OVA ➝ VMDK) may be slow on busy clusters

  • Cross-cluster live migrations may stall if node histories aren’t cleaned

  • Recovery plan tasks might not auto-refresh — refresh manually

  • Role-based access control (RBAC) quirks: category permissions may not apply correctly

  • Prism Central web console might become unresponsive when filtering for large numbers of VMs or categories
