Want to install windows gui on Nutanix nodes instead of windows core

I would like to install Windows 2012R2 Datacenter GUI on all Nutanix 3460 all nodes instead of Windows core, can i do that? please suggest,
I don't like working on powershell..

We support both the core and the full GUI, however right now foundation only installs core (which is Microsoft's best practices as it reduces the number of patches the host needs and reduces the attack surface). You can also manage the core servers using MS's RSAT tools.

After installation, you can move to the full GUI using KB 2214

This script might be able to help - https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/scriptcenter/Switch-between-Windows-9680265d - it will allow you to Switch between Server Core mode and Server GUI mode in Windows Server 2012.
