@Sbhassouna Definitely require more details to help you resolve your issue.  For starters how about what versions on Nutanix software are you running and provide your current http proxy configuration.

I configure IP address proxy and port 8080 in nutanix and I tested ping in cvm to proxy is successful, but I tested ping in cvm to nutanix.com not successful

All traffics in firewall allows to the internet

ncli http-proxy ls

ncli http-proxy get-whitelist

Whitelist it is adresses, which should be accessed without proxy. In your case CVM won’t use proxy for *.nutanix.com.
