HI all,

Very appreciate if anyone could share the way to fix this issue.

Are the 4 SSD’s in a raid setup? If so, remove the raid.

Make sure the disks are available to use in the cluster. Make single disks arrays (raid 0 with 1 disk). So that the disks are separate available.

Hello @NguyenNghia

Before imaging DL Nutanix recommends that you use the Service Pack for ProLiant® (SPP) ISO file for applying firmware updates. Please check https://portal.nutanix.com/page/documents/details?targetId=Field-Installation-Guide-HPE:hpe-firmware-upgrade-t.html

Also check the boot drive compatibility

Looking forward to your feedback

@JeroenTielen . Let me try with your suggestion.

@Moustafa Hindawi yes. i connect 875317-b21 with a riser 867978-b21.
