Hang on, it's sde in your screenshot with partition not sda? Other folks talking about using parted to blank the partition table too. May be worth opening a case with support, suspect a quick fix. That's the current situation

I tried and got the same error again. Aha that lines up with some of the other threads saying there shouldn't be an sda1 (partition) just sda. If you run fdisk /dev/sda then d to delete then w to write it should disappear and just show /dev/sda no sda1. I'd try that and rerun it.

Hey, Quite a few threads about this error "No suitable SVM boot disk found. " What's in lsscsi and fdisk -l ? Particularly interested in if we have any existing partitions.
