5 Essential Tips for Maximizing Your Experience at Nutanix .NEXT for Bloggers
Hi, I have built up a Darksite LCM running in my own local network and have Internet access to download necessary Darksite bundles for upgrading. In my testing evironment, the server works flawlessly with Dell XC cluster and Nutanix cluster as well but with DX cluster, it cannot provide any firmware update at this time though currently at least 1 node in our cluster is running on an old SPP version (2019.03.01). For our DX environment: Node1: 2020.03.0 SPP Node2: unverified? (LCM cannot detect the SPP version) Node3: 2019.03.01 SPP Does anyone have any idea on this case?
Hi All First I run this: allssh manage_ovs --bridge_name br0 --interfaces eth0,eth1 --bond_name bond0 update_uplinks and the expectation I would have Bond0 entry somewhere, however I run the "ovs-appctl bond/show /bond0" command and I get this answer: FIPS mode initialized Nutanix AHV no such bond ovs-appctl: ovs-vswitchd: server returned an error What am I missing?

How to configure PRISM / AHV for syslog?
Where do you put the ESXi ISO files so they show up in Foundation hypervisor list? Also, is this considered a bare metal install? Also, if using Foundation, where is a good guide for installing using ESXi as the Hypervisor (Field guide not much help). Thanks
Hello Nutanix I am currently in progress of deployment of Acropolis File Services (AFS) Everything has been going well until the "Can't contact LDAP Server" error occured I have given it a check by viewing some configuration on NVM and found out that although on Prism, they have been assigned with 2 IPs but actually running with only 1 IP when checked via console by ifconfig command (eth0 only) Let me make it clearer via the "topology" below: CVMs connecting to NVMs by Subnet A IPs Clients, AD and DNS servers should be connected to NVMs by Subnet B IPs Recently, those NVMs are running with only 1 Subnet A IP although on Prism, I saw they have already assign with both Subnets?! My block is running with AOS 4.7.2. I have also given some seaches around and seen that both Internal and External networks could be the same as described in this video?!
