In the Cluster Dashboard, Showing CPU details in GHz, but I need to check how many CPU cores are using in my cluster. How to size and calculate per core = how many vCPU and overall vCPU limit for the cluster.

Cluster configured RF2 with 3 nodes.I have Created VM with Affinity Rule.If we configured RF2 to maintain 2 numbers of data copies in the cluster.If the Host down, Affinity rule VM also Down.Affinity VMs ⇒ How many data copies are maintained in these VMs. If it's maintained, Why?Note : Affinity rule applied some application licensing, host resources (such as available CPU cores or CPU gigahertz speed), available RAM or RAM speed, or local SSD capacity.
Cluster Configured RF3 with 5 Node.2 node Failed and 3rd node also ready to failure stage.Now will try to change RF3 to RF2 -- In this case scenario it will work RF2 configuration and recover the data?
