AOS 5.15.2 LTS, NX-1065-G5

If there is anything unusual, we are currently operating 4 nodes and have very high memory usage

Storage space is sufficient

What should I do to upload the image? I'm thinking about restarting Genesis, adding memory to CVM, etc

Thank you

AOS 5.15 is EOL see: End of Life Information

What I would suggest is first upgrade to a supported platform and then involve support.

Thank you for your answer
I know it needs to be upgraded, but it is difficult because the customer has a strong antipathy to the upgrade Is there anything that can be done in this situation?

The very bottom message about being unable to allocate memory plus your message about high memory usage suggests this task may a victim of this. Are you in a position to review what processes are using the high memory? Does the system have high uptime? If they're against upgrading (you could use this issue as a catalyst!) then maybe a reboot will buy some time. Either way, I'd strongly recommend upgrading before something more serious happens!

First of all i would suggest to plan the AOS upgrade. second try with Chrome Browser i saw some upload error if prism is open from explorer.

try to to upload the ISO from Http / NFS path incase if size is big. I faced sometime changes while uploading disk images. uploading through NFS/http path always works.

Thank you for a good idea. I'll keep that in mind next time
