Hi All
When I try to install AOS 6.5.2 I get the following errors.

Hey,

Quite a few threads about this error

"No suitable SVM boot disk found. "

What's in lsscsi and fdisk -l ?

Particularly interested in if we have any existing partitions.

Aha that lines up with some of the other threads saying there shouldn't be an sda1 (partition) just sda.

If you run fdisk /dev/sda then d to delete then w to write it should disappear and just show /dev/sda no sda1.

I'd try that and rerun it.

Hang on, it's sde in your screenshot with partition not sda?

Other folks talking about using parted to blank the partition table too.

May be worth opening a case with support, suspect a quick fix.

Thank you for the response! Do you think I should also delete sde?

Do you think it's installing on sde instead of sda? If so, how can I change it?

That's the current situation

And I saw this solution, but if I edit the file(.py) and then try to install it, the settings are deleted

Hi there,

Sorry I’m out of ideas if we wiped the partitions on sde there :(

Worth opening a case and updating this thread with what support say.

Is this the portable foundation? If so, try to use the linux foundation vm. I've seen strange issues with the portable foundation and older cluster hardware.

Hi, I tried with both a Linux machine and my own computer, but I wasn't successful.
